Florent and his team offer seasonal dishes such as asparagus in spring, fresh dishes in summer and venison in autumn and winter. On order, we offer traditional Alsatian dishes such as sauerkraut, « baeckeoffe » or « pot au feu ». Throughout the year, you can taste the fish of our rivers in an excellent seaman or simply the pike perch in the Riesling.
